450g potatoes
100g onions
50g carrots
10g fresh ginger
1,5 l bone stock, meat stock, or vegetable stock
50g Annes Feiste Organic Ginger Preserve Extra
salt, pepper
Finely chop vegetables and ginger and boil in broth for approx. 30 minutes. Stir in Annes Feiste Organic Ginger Preserve Extra. Bring to boil. Mix with hand blender and season to taste with salt and pepper.
