10g fresh ginger
1l bone stock, meat stock, or vegetable stock
50g Annes Feinste Organic Ginger Preserve Extra
Peel and finely chop carrots, ginger, and onions and boil in broth for approx. 30 minutes. Stir in Annes Feinste Organic Ginger Preserve Extra. Bring to boil. Mix with hand blender and season to taste with salt and pepper.
