150 g (1 jar) MAINTAL Franconian Silvaner Wine Jelly
450 ml Franconian Silvaner white wine
200 g mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, redcurrants blackberries etc.)
1. In a measuring jug, mix the MAINTAL Franconian Silvaner wine jelly and the Silvaner wine well with a stick blender.
2. Chill overnight in the fridge, divide between four soup plates and serve with the washed berries.
