2 tbsp. 3-grain flake mix of millet, rice and buckwheat flakes (or alternatively porridge oats)
2 tbsp. unsweetened spelt flakes (or unsweetened cornflakes or cereal pops of your choice)
1 tbsp. Rosehip Preserve
1 small pear (or a small apple or other seasonal fruit)
1/2 tsp. lemon/lime juice
1 tsp. dried barberries (or dried cranberries, prunes or other dried fruit)
1 tsp. walnuts (or pine nuts, flaked almonds or other nuts)
1/2 tsp. baobab powder
1/2 tsp. hibiscus powder
1/2 tsp. chia seeds
300 ml yoghurt or quark
1. Combine the 3-grain flakes, spelt flakes, barberries, walnuts, chia seeds, baobab and hibiscus powders and pour into a sealable container.
2. Cut the unpeeled pear into small pieces and immediately mix with half a teaspoon of lemon juice.
3. Add 1 dessertspoon of rosehip jam to your “to-go” container and pour on the yoghurt or quark.
4. Place the pear on top.
5. Seal the container and enjoy later.
