2 turkey steaks
2 tbsp. of Maintal Orange Marmalade
2 tsp. of chilli
1. Wash the meat and dab dry. Half the meat length-wise and then cut into approximately 1.5 cm thick pieces. Mix the marmalade with the chilli sauce, season with salt and pepper. Marinate the meat with it, cover and place in the fridge for approximately 3 hours. Place the wood skewers in water.
2. Wash the chilli pods, dab dry and half length-wise. Cut the bread rolls into approximately 1.5 cm thick slices. Spread each of the bread slices with the herb butter and apply 3 of the slices onto each of the 4 wood skewers. Apply the pieces of meat onto the other skewers and apply a half a chilli pod onto both ends.
3. Grill each of the meat skewers indirectly for approx. 15 minutes at approx. 200°C. After approximately 12 minutes, also start to grill the bread skewers while turning regularly.
