4 tbsp. sesame oil
4 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. Apricot Preserve
1 clove of garlic
1 tsp. ginger
Pepper
1. Combine the sesame oil, soy sauce and apricot preserve. Finely grate and add the ginger, peel and press the garlic. Season with pepper.
2. Marinate your meat in the mixture for half an hour and then cook on the grill.
