1/2 a bunch of chives
8 slices of sandwich bread
200 g of Camembert
8 tsp. of cream cheese
8 tsp. of Maintal Wild Lingonberries
Grease for the baking forms
1. Wash the chives, shake dry and chop into small rolls. Remove the crust from the slices of toast bread and roll thin with a rolling pin. Press the toast into 8 greased recesses of a muffin baking tray (12 recesses). Cut the cheese into small pieces and place into the toast forms.
2. Place the muffin baking tray on the grill and grill indirectly for approximately 10 minutes at 180°C. Remove from the grill, add 1 tsp. of cream cheese and 1 tsp. of Wild Lingonberries to each of the toast baskets. Carefully remove from the forms and sprinkle with chives.
Preparation time: approx. 25 minutes.
