4 burger buns or similar
About 600 g pulled pork
8 slices of tomato
Lambs lettuce or radicchio
2 tbsp. Maintal Raspberry Preserve Extra
4 tbsp. crème fraîche
1 tbsp. hot chilli sauce (e.g. Sriracha)
1 small bunch of fresh dill (finely chopped)
1. Prepare the pulled pork according to the packet instructions (e.g. medium/rare). Mix all the sauce ingredients together and season with salt and pepper. Slice the buns in half and grill the cut surface.
2. On the bottom bun half, spread some of the sauce and top with meat. Top the meat with 2 slices of tomato and either lambs lettuce or radicchio, depending on your taste. Place the other bun half on top and fix with a skewer, if necessary.
