2 dessertspoons olive oil
2 dessertspoons crème fraîche
2 dessertspoons Orange Marmalade
1 teaspoon hot or medium-hot mustard
1 teaspoon sugar
Garlic, to taste, finely chopped
Fresh chilli, to taste, finely chopped
Combine all the above ingredients to make a dressing and mix well with the salad.
TIP: Perfect on a green salad with tomatoes and steamed/cooked asparagus. Toasted pine nuts are also a great addition.
