4 pck vanilla sugar
130g ground nuts (hazelnut)
350g Maintal Strawberry Preserve Extra
400g white chocolate coating chopped pistachio
1. Knead butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, nuts, flour, and egg to a dough (maybe add a little bit of water). Roll out dough 4 mm thick, cut out hearts. Put onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes in preheated oven at 180º C.
2. Carefully heat up strawberry preserve extra and stir smooth. Paste half the hearts with it and put another one on top. Chop the chocolate coating and melt in a hot water bath. Coat the hearts with it and sprinkle pistachios on it.
