100 g oatflakes
100 g mixed corn flakes
100 g chopped almonds
50 g chopped walnuts
80 g coconut oil
100 g Annes Feinste organic orange marmelade
1. Melt the coconut oil. Mix oat flakes, multi-grain flakes and nuts. Add the melted coconut oil and preserve extra and knead everything with your hands until it is juicy and well mixed.
2. Preheat the oven to 180° C (356 °F) circulating air. Spread the granola mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake on the middle shelf for 20 minutes. Stir every so often. Remove from the oven and allow to cool down, then pour into a sealable container.
Tip: The Granola mixture is a great base for many other recipes, e.g. when baking, just mix with the crumble as a last layer for a great crunch. Or use it for delicious energy balls, a tasty breakfast at home and to go!
