10 table spoons Rosehip preserve extra
1 - 2 table spoons dark Balsamic vinegar
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Pepper
Mix Rosehip preserve extra, Balsamico Essig, Salt and Pepper.
Flavor steaks with salt and pepper on both sides and barbecue them. An minute before finished take them from the barbecue, spread them with the marinade and barbecue them until they are ready.
