Berry enjoyment
The deep purple juice of ripened Elderberries is the base for our jelly. As full as its colour is even its taste: aromatic, with less acid and restrained sweetness.
By the way Elder has been the favourite tree of Germanic goddess Holla, we know better as Ms. Holle of a fairytale from Brothers Grimm. They assigned her protective and curative power.
