20 g jam (strawberry, raspberry or cherry)
A pinch of salt
1 tbsp. honey or sugar
1 tsp. mustard
75 g oil
75 g water
60 g red wine vinegar
1. Wash and dry the salad and tear into bite-size pieces. Quarter the tomatoes and remove the cores.
2. Combine all the other ingredients well and mix with the salad ingredients.
Tip: Is an excellent accompaniment to grilled meat.
