2 cloves of garlic
1 red chilli pepper
3 tbsp. oil
200ml Coca Cola
2 tin (800g) chopped tomatoes
1 jar (210g) of Maintal Organic Apricot-Mango jam
4 Bratwurst sausages, unboiled (each approx. 120g)
1. Peel and dice the onions and garlic. Cut the chilli pepper in half lengthways, remove the seeds, and chop finely. Heat 1 tbsp. oil in a saucepan. Gently fry the onions and garlic. Douse with the cola. Add the tomatoes, jam and chilli. Season with salt, pepper and curry powder. Boil down for 10-15 minutes on a medium heat.
2. Heat 2 tbsp. oil in a frying pan. Fry the Bratwurst sausages for 5-7 minutes, turning regularly. Remove from the frying pan and cut the sausages into slices. Arrange in glasses with the curry sauce. Dust with curry powder and serve.
