Sparkling wine cocktail:
1 tsp rosehip preserve
Juice of ¼ orange
Dry sparkling wine
Crushed Ice
Garnish: ¼ orange slice
Non-alcoholic aperitif:
1 tsp rosehip preserve
Juice of ¼ orange
Dry, alcohol free sparkling wine
1 stick lemon balm
Ice cubes
Punch:
2-3 tsp rosehip preserve
Juice of 1 Orange
Strawberry halves, frozen or fresh
Sparkling water or sparkling wine
Ice cubes
For the alcoholic version: 10 ml gin
Sparkling wine cocktail:
Mix the rosehip preserve with the freshly squeezed orange juice until it is all well mixed. Add crushed ice to a champagne glass. If desired, add two quarters of an orange slice as decoration. Carefully pour the rosehip and orange mixture over it. Add dry sparkling wine shortly before serving and enjoy immediately.
Non-alcoholic aperitif:
For the alcohol-free version, mix the preserve with the freshly squeezed orange juice until it is all well mixed. Add ice cubes to a tall glass. Add a few leaves of lemon balm as decoration, if desired. Carefully add the rosehip and orange mixture to it. Add with non-alcoholic sparkling wine shortly before serving and enjoy immediately.
Punch:
The punch can be prepared with or without alcohol. For both variants, mix the rosehip preserve with the freshly squeezed orange juice until it is all well mixed. Put ice and halved strawberries in a punch glass. Distribute the strawberry and orange mixture on top and add sparkling water or sparkling wine. Stir briefly with a glass straw and enjoy immediately. If you like, you can add 10 ml of gin to the alcoholic version.
