220 g oats
130 g brown sugar
2 packets vanilla sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
170 ml milk
100 g Annes Feinste apple purée
50 g Cranberry Preserve
20 g dried cranberries
1 banana
2 eggs
Muffin tray
1. Preheat the oven to 175 °C. Line the muffin tray with paper muffin cases.
2. Peel and slice the banana. Combine the oats with the sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, baking powder and salt. Stir in the milk, eggs and apple purée. Add the jam and banana slices and stir carefully to combine.
3. Fill the muffin cases with the mixture and bake in the preheated over for around 30 minutes.
