300 g oat flakes
375 g natural yoghurt
150 g Organic Fruit Spread Apricot-Mango
100 g mixed cores (pine nuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almond slices)
100 g mixed berries (raspberries, strawberries, blackberries)
juice of one lemon
1. Mix the yoghurt with apricots and the preserve. Maybe you have to sweeten it with some sugar or honey. Press out the juice of the lemon and put the juice into a bowl.
2. Wash the berries, pell the orange and fillet it in chinks. Pell the bananas and kiwis, cut it in stripes and swing it in lemon juice. Wash the apples and pears, quarter them and remove the pip. Cut it in chinks und give it also into the lemon juice.
3. Serve the oat flakes and cores, garnish it with the fruits and pass the yoghurt-apricot-mixture.
