Our marmalade from selected, sun-ripened oranges is the traditional English start to the day. In keeping with the British tradition, the whole fruit - including the peel - is used. This gives the classic marmalade its bite and refreshing and slightly bitter taste.
Our Orange Marmalade is so versatile:
Traditionally eaten on hot-buttered toast or in a sandwich, it is increasingly also finding its way into the kitchen, e.g. as an addition to sauces, or to balance out the sweetness of cakes and pastries.
