Wine jelly produced with Franconian Silvaner

The Silvaner is one of the oldest types of white wine vines and is one of the typical vines for the Franconian region, with its wine being enjoyed at many different occasions. The delicately aromatic fruit flavour of Silvaner grape and our own recipe together make our jelly something very special indeed.
