Our Rosehip Preserve is produced in accordance with an old family recipe and Maintal is the market leader in Germany for this speciality with 59.6%. Its secret is hidden in its originality. It has remained a wild fruit to this day, and is collected by hand from hedges, edge of the forest or bushes in the age-old tradition. The sun-ripened rosehips are picked by hand and are deep-frozen immediately following harvesting. They are then caringly and lovingly processed in our family company.

Maintal Rosehip Preserve is not a delicious taste to just enjoy at breakfast, but it can also be enjoyed as a tasty addition to muesli, quark (curd cheese) and yoghurt or as a filling for sweet baked goods. It gives meat and sauces a pleasant tangy freshness. It is also fantastic in fruit glazes, fruit sauces and shakes:
