11 tartlets: 1 package (270 g) of fresh butter puff pastry
11 large strawberries
6 tbsp. of Greek cream yoghurt (approx. 120 g)
6 tbsp. of Maintal Organic Strawberry Fruit Spread
55 mini marshmallows
possibly also sherbet powder
Baking parchment
1. Take the puff pastry out of the fridge 5-10 minutes prior to starting the preparation. Roll out the puff pastry and cut out 11 circles (approx. 9 cm Ø). Lay the circles onto a baking tray with baking parchment and place in a pre-heated oven (electric oven: 200°C/ circulating: 175°C/ gas: please see manufacturer information) and bake for approx. 12 minutes. Take out of the oven, cut a circle in the middle using a small knife so that a 5-mm edge remains. Carefully press the cut inner circle outward so that a recess is created. Allow the tartlets to cool.
2. Wash, clean, dab dry and then cut the strawberries into slices. Mix yoghurt with strawberry fruit spread. Spread the strawberry cream onto the tartlets and place 1 cut strawberry and 5 marshmallows onto each. Grill indirectly for approx. 4 minutes at approx. 200°C. Serve the strawberry tartlets and dust with sherbet powder if you so wish.
